By purchasing a postnatal Gift card, you are in fact gifting the person you love, care and support as they navigate this intensely beautiful period. My approach is inclusive, kind, empathetic, holistic and trauma informed. I support with feeding, cooking nutritious food, clearing the decks, offering emotional support, listening whilst they may want to talk about their birth experience and how they are feeling now. I can hold baby whilst they rest/shower or whatever they need to do. We can explore baby wearing, rest and recovery, rebalancing our nervous system and embracing the transition for themselves and all the family.

The investment is £25 per hour of support and can be purchased in blocks of 5/10/20 hours. There is a 20% discount for a block of 20 hours booked.
