The investment is £20 per hour of support and can be purchased as £100, £200, £300, £400 gift cards. My approach is inclusive, kind, empathetic, holistic and trauma informed. I support with feeding, cooking nutritious food, clearing the decks, offering emotional support, listening whilst they may want to talk about their birth experience and how they are feeling now. I can hold baby whilst they rest/shower or whatever they need to do. We can explore baby wearing, rest and recovery, rebalancing our nervous system and embracing the transition for themselves and all the family.
