Ongoing Postnatal Care

I offer individualised postnatal care. This can look like me turning up, looking after baby whilst you rest/shower/do whatever you need to do! Feeding support, making you some nutritious yummy food, filling up your dishwasher and clearing the decks…listening to you and how you are feeling, offering emotional support, baby wearing, helping you to plan logistics, supporting siblings, attending appointments with you and also signposting you to any other agencies that you may need. A few weeks down the line, we might be having our session in your local cafe having a latte whilst you have your first public breastfeed…I am here for you!

I have supported many different families, all with their unique situations, including twin support and siblings.

My postnatal care is  £25 per hour, with a block of 10 hours for £200. I do not do regular overnight work as I have a young family myself and firmly believe in work life balance for everyone.

Please note if I am on call for a birth I will give you notice and a postnatal session may require rescheduling.
