Terms of service.

I Lisa Leto Kelly am offering my services as Doula and also offer extra complimentary healing services and practices, either along side the doula services or as a stand alone service. I am fully insured to carry out these services.

Breathwork, Mindfulness, Essential Oils for Business, Women's Circle, Antenatal Support, Baby Wearing Consultant, Doula, Birth Preparation, Post Natal Support, Perinatal Emotional Health & Wellbeing, Aura Balancing, Bio Resonance Therapy, Energy Healing, Healy Frequency Therapy and Ancestral Healing.

Upon deciding to work together, we will come to an agreement, I will draw up a contract which we will all sign. For Full Birth Package clients I will require the deposit (50%) when we sign the contract and then the remaining 50% will be invoiced on the day I go on call for you. For Planned Caesarean package clients I will require the deposit (50%) on signing of the contract and the remaining 50% will be invoiced 1 week before the planned date. For all other packages I will requite the full amount on the signing of the contract. Please note that in addition to above terms, payment plans are available on request (let’s chat about it!) and will be written into the contract.

Gift card purchases from the store will receive a digital gift card and invite that can be given to the recipient. The recipient can then contact me to arrange a discovery call, where we can discuss the support and book it in. I will draw up a contract with them.
The Doula Support Gift card can be used as part/payment towards any service I provide.
The Postnatal gift card is specifically to purchase a postnatal package of either 5, 10 or 20 hours.
Please note, I live and work in East London and the surrounding areas. Please reach out if you want to clarify where I can work. Generally within a 5 mile radius. There are exceptions so do ask!
Any virtual service can of course be for anywhere in the world!

A Doula provides emotional support, knowledge and experience around natural birth and birth physiology and together we can explore topics as and when they come up for you, looking at evidence based studies and materials to help you to come to the best decision for your birth. A doula does not make decisions for you, offer medical advice or diagnosis or in any way tell you what you should do.

Doula is not a regulated profession, and so I have joined Doula UK and am part of their recognition program. I am a member of Foyht, the association for professional therapists and practitioners. I am insured for the work that I do with BGIuk via Foyht, have a DBS Certificate and I engage in continuous professional development to up-skill, refresh and stay in the forefront of all things birth and beyond.
